It’s performance season

Well, I had a marvelous time at Homegrown. Teatro Zuccone was really a nice venue for us, even if it took a while to get ourselves arranged properly on stage. The chorus sounded really fantastic. It is amazing what we can achieve with as little time as we have to put in.

I think the sound of our group is something unique. We sing together, but the individual voices shine through.

Onward now to our end of year concert, Wednesday, June 5th, 7pm at 1802 East 1st Street. This is a free concert, so bring the family! It should be a concert for kids, maybe a little long for the toddlers, but they can always come in and out. There will be a little reception following the concert, so you can catch up with your favorite singers. Facebook event

Just a few years ago, this year end concert was the only performing we did all year. It has really been nice to have the push that a few additional performances give us. But, it is especially nice to sing for our friends and family, and the year-end concert is very much about that.

Happy spring everyone!
